David Burks is the Operations Officer at Vessels and Johnson
Financial Services, bringing a dynamic blend of strategic
oversight, financial expertise, and operational precision to the
firm. With a career in the financial services industry since 2011,
David has built a reputation for reliability, analytical strength, and
a steady hand in both client relations and internal operations.
Outside the office, David is a proud Finance Officer for the
American Legion Riders Group, where he champions fiscal
accountability and community service. His leadership in this role
reflects his lifelong dedication to honor, legacy, and stewardship.
David is also a committee member for the Young Lives Capernaum Committee.
A true gearhead at heart, David is also a car and motorcycle enthusiast, known for restoring classic rides and hitting the open road. Whether navigating financial strategies or backroads on two wheels, David combines precision, passion, and purpose in everything he does.
Founder
A financial strategist and highly innovative, Olga Johnson is a seasoned financial services professional. CEO and founder of Vessels and Johnson Financial Services, Olga has worked under the tutelage of leading Financial Advisors in the U.S. before establishing her own firm.
Growing up in Washington, D.C., in her formative years, she had great opportunity for a varied background, to include an appreciation for the arts. Interestingly, her appreciation for the arts helped to prepare her in the professional arena as a top problem solver and creative solutions originator.
Olga’s experience in the financial/leadership arena includes previously serving as the Executive Director/CEO for three agencies in the Washington D.C. area, management positions in Budget and Finance throughout her career in local government, and a former auditor and accountant.
Always passionate about helping others, she educates and advises individuals and business owners on how to grow, protect, and leverage their assets, even during tough economic times. She is a Certified Financial Education Instructor and has been on television and in print media to include women’s journals, magazines and newsprints.
